CASTING, POTTING AND TRASPARENT RESINS – two-part urethane resins are used for sealing, potting, encapsulating, doming, prototype manufacturing, etc.
We offer different colours and water clear resins (UV resistant) especially required from the led lighting industry. Various products viscosities are available on demand. Following products hardness categories are available as standard:
Casting, potting and trasparent resins are available in following packaging sizes: Drums 1 kg., 5 kg., 25 kg., 200 kg. capacity and dual cartridges: 50 ml, 200 ml, 400 ml, 600 ml capacity.
FOAMS – two part urethane foams are fast curing (1 min.), expanding nine times in volume with no shrinkage. They are water-tight and fire-retardant. 2-K PU foams are mainly used in automotive applications for insulating and sound deadening parts. Foams are available in following packaging sizes: Dual cartridges: 50 ml, 200 ml, 400 ml, 600 ml capacity.
ADHESIVES & SEALANTS – two-part urethane adhesives and sealants allow the bonding and repair of many different substrates among plastics (PU, ABS, EPDM, ABS, GRP, carbon fiber, and other) and other materials as metals, wood, concrete, natural stones, ceramic.
